2. SCOPE OF THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information collected through our Site and in connection with our business operations.
It may also apply to personal information that Jobsite Consulting processes on behalf of clients while providing services.
When Jobsite Consulting processes customer, prospect, or lead information solely on behalf of a client and according to that client's instructions, the client may be primarily responsible for determining the purposes and means of that processing. Requests concerning such data may therefore need to be directed to the applicable client.
3. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
"Personal information" generally means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or can reasonably be linked to an individual or household, where applicable under relevant law.
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories.
Identity and Contact Information
This may include your name, business name, email address, telephone number, job title, and other contact information you voluntarily provide.
Business Information
This may include your company name, industry, business website, advertising information, business needs, marketing objectives, campaign information, and information concerning services in which you are interested.
Inquiry and Communication Information
This includes information you provide when submitting a form, communicating with us, scheduling or participating in a call, requesting information, requesting services, or otherwise corresponding with Jobsite Consulting.
Transaction and Payment Information
When you become a client, we may process information relating to invoices, payments, payment status, billing contacts, transaction history, and payment methods.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Jobsite Consulting generally does not need to store complete payment-card numbers when payment details are submitted directly to a third-party processor.
Technical and Device Information
Our website hosting provider and technical infrastructure may automatically process information such as IP address, device type, browser information, operating system, approximate location derived from IP address, timestamps, referring pages, requested pages, security logs, and similar technical information necessary to deliver, maintain, secure, or troubleshoot the Site.
Client Service Data
When performing services for clients, Jobsite Consulting may receive or access information maintained in advertising accounts, customer or prospect lists, telephone lists, lead records, campaign data, CRM systems, and similar business systems.
Such information may include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, lead information, appointment information, communications, and other information supplied or made accessible by the applicable client.
Account and Platform Information
Clients may grant Jobsite Consulting access to third-party business accounts, including advertising platforms and marketing systems.
We may process usernames, account identifiers, permissions, campaign information, and related account data as reasonably necessary to perform contracted services.
4. INFORMATION WE GENERALLY DO NOT SEEK
Our Site is intended for ordinary business inquiries.
We do not ask website visitors to submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, biometric information, precise financial-account credentials, or similarly sensitive information through general website inquiry forms.
Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information through the Site.
5. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION
We may collect personal information directly from you when you submit a website form, communicate with us, become a client, make a payment, provide access to an account, participate in a business call, or otherwise provide information to Jobsite Consulting.
We may receive information from our clients when they provide customer, lead, telephone, advertising, or CRM information for us to use in performing services.
We may receive information from third-party service providers and business systems used to operate our business or perform client services.
Technical information may also be collected automatically through our hosting provider, essential cookies, server logs, security systems, or similar technologies used in operating the Site.
6. HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may use personal information to respond to inquiries and communicate with prospective clients; determine whether our services may be appropriate for a business; prepare proposals and Service Agreements; establish and manage client relationships; provide Google Ads, lead-generation, appointment-setting, and related services; process payments and maintain billing records; provide support; administer, maintain, secure, and troubleshoot our Site and business systems; prevent fraud, misuse, and security incidents; maintain business, tax, accounting, and legal records; establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; comply with applicable law and legal process; enforce our agreements; and operate, administer, evaluate, and improve our business.
We may also use information for another purpose disclosed when the information is collected or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
7. CLIENT DATA AND OUR ROLE AS A SERVICE PROVIDER
In providing marketing services, Jobsite Consulting may process personal information supplied by or accessible through a client.
Where we process that information solely for the purpose of performing contracted services for a client, we generally process it on the client's behalf and according to the client's instructions.
Clients are responsible for determining the legal basis, notices, consents, permissions, and restrictions applicable to personal information they collect and provide to us.
We do not acquire ownership of an individual's personal information merely because we process that information while providing services to a client.
We may use client-provided personal information for legitimate administrative, security, compliance, billing, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes associated with providing those services.
8. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose personal information to vendors, contractors, professional advisers, and other parties when reasonably necessary to operate our business, maintain our Site, process payments, perform client services, protect our rights, comply with law, or complete a business transaction.
These parties may include:
Wix or other website infrastructure providers, for website hosting, forms, security, and related technical functions;
Google, where necessary for Google advertising services, account administration, or other services used by Jobsite Consulting or its clients;
GoHighLevel, where used for customer relationship management, lead management, workflow, or related service functions;
Stripe, where used to process client payments and related transaction information;
financial institutions, including Novo or its banking partners, where necessary for ordinary business banking and payment settlement;
contractors or service providers assisting Jobsite Consulting with client work or business administration;
accountants, attorneys, insurers, consultants, and other professional advisers;
government authorities, courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other persons when disclosure is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, security, or legal interests; and
a purchaser, successor, lender, investor, or other relevant party in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or transfer of all or part of the business.
Third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies when acting independently from Jobsite Consulting.
9. SALE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Jobsite Consulting does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
As of the Effective Date, Jobsite Consulting does not intentionally use the Site to engage in cross-context behavioral advertising through advertising pixels or similar optional advertising-tracking technologies.
We may disclose personal information to service providers and other entities for the operational and business purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Such operational disclosures are not intended to constitute a sale of personal information.
If our practices materially change in a manner that creates additional opt-out rights under applicable privacy law, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any legally required method for exercising those rights.
10. COOKIES AND WEBSITE TECHNOLOGIES
The Site may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for website functionality, security, network management, fraud prevention, form functionality, or other essential operations.
As of the Effective Date, Jobsite Consulting has not intentionally installed optional advertising pixels or analytics tracking technologies for behavioral advertising on the Site.
Our website provider or infrastructure vendors may nevertheless process technical data or use essential technologies as part of providing and securing the Site.
If we later introduce material analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies, this Privacy Policy may be updated and additional notices or consent mechanisms may be implemented where required.
11. PAYMENT PROCESSING
Payments for Jobsite Consulting services may be processed through Stripe or other third-party payment providers.
Payment providers may collect payment-card, bank-account, billing, transaction, fraud-prevention, device, and related information directly from the payer.
Those providers process information according to their applicable agreements and privacy practices.
Jobsite Consulting may retain transaction records, invoices, payment status, and related information reasonably necessary for accounting, client-service, tax, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes.
12. DATA SECURITY
We use administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards that we consider reasonable and appropriate in light of the nature of the information and our business.
However, no website, network, storage system, transmission method, or security measure can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting passwords, authentication information, account permissions, and credentials under your control.
If you provide Jobsite Consulting with access to third-party accounts, you should use appropriate access-control and permission-management tools where available rather than unnecessarily sharing master credentials.
13. DATA RETENTION
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for legitimate business purposes.
Relevant factors may include the duration of a client relationship; the period needed to provide services; contractual requirements; accounting, tax, and financial-record obligations; security and fraud-prevention needs; applicable statutes of limitation; actual or reasonably anticipated disputes; legal and regulatory requirements; and whether information remains necessary for legitimate business records.
When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal and technical limitations.
Backup copies and archived information may remain for a limited period until overwritten or deleted according to ordinary system processes.
14. PRIVACY RIGHTS
Depending on where you reside and whether a particular privacy law applies to Jobsite Consulting and the relevant processing, you may have rights concerning your personal information.
These rights may include the ability to request access to personal information; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of certain information; obtain information concerning categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, or recipients; obtain a portable copy of certain information; opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling activities where applicable; withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; or appeal certain decisions concerning a privacy request.
These rights are not absolute and may be subject to statutory exceptions.
Jobsite Consulting may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Authorized agents may be required to provide evidence of their authority to submit a request.
We will not unlawfully discriminate against a person for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To submit a privacy request, email matthew@jobsiteconsulting.com with the subject line "Privacy Request."
If Jobsite Consulting processes the relevant information solely on behalf of one of our clients, we may direct your request to that client or provide instructions for contacting the appropriate business.

The categories of information we may collect are described in Section 3.
The sources from which information may be collected are described in Section 5.
Our business and commercial purposes for processing information are described in Section 6.
The categories of parties to whom information may be disclosed are described in Section 8.
Our practices concerning sale and sharing are described in Section 9.
Where applicable, an eligible California resident may submit a legally recognized request to know, access, correct, delete, or exercise another privacy right by contacting matthew@jobsiteconsulting.com.
Nothing in this section is intended to represent that Jobsite Consulting meets every statutory threshold applicable to every provision of California privacy law. Rights will be honored to the extent required by applicable law.
16. DO NOT TRACK AND GLOBAL PRIVACY SIGNALS
Because Jobsite Consulting does not currently use optional cross-context behavioral advertising trackers on the Site, there may be no advertising-tracking activity for an opt-out preference signal to affect.
If our tracking practices change, we will evaluate and implement legally required responses to browser-based or device-based privacy preference signals where applicable.
17. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Site and Jobsite Consulting's services are intended for businesses and adult business representatives and are not directed to children.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
A person under 18 should not submit personal information through the Site or attempt to engage Jobsite Consulting for services without involvement of a parent, guardian, or legally authorized adult representative.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in circumstances where deletion is legally required, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
18. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
The Site may contain or later include links to third-party websites, applications, platforms, or services.
Jobsite Consulting does not control the privacy or security practices of independent third parties.
Information submitted directly to a third party is subject to that party's terms and privacy practices.
19. UNITED STATES PROCESSING
Jobsite Consulting operates from the United States and primarily serves businesses within the United States.
Personal information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers maintain infrastructure.
Where applicable law imposes requirements regarding transfers of personal information, we will address such requirements as legally necessary.
20. LEGAL DISCLOSURES
We may preserve, use, or disclose personal information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with applicable law, subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or other legal process; protect the rights, property, security, or safety of Jobsite Consulting or another person; investigate fraud or misuse; enforce our contracts; establish or defend legal claims; or respond to an emergency.
21. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy as our business, vendors, services, technology, or legal obligations change.
When we update it, we will revise the "Last Updated" date.
If required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice regarding material changes.
