REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Effective Date: August 13, 2026
Last Updated: August 13, 2026
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to service fees paid to Jobsite Consulting LLC ("Jobsite Consulting," "we," "us," or "our"), except where a separate written Service Agreement provides different terms.
If a signed Service Agreement conflicts with this Refund and Cancellation Policy, the Service Agreement controls with respect to the applicable client and services.
1. GENERAL REFUND STANDARD
Jobsite Consulting provides professional marketing services that may involve personnel time, campaign preparation, account setup, strategy, research, optimization, lead-generation work, appointment-setting activity, and other work performed before or during a service period.
Accordingly, fees attributable to work already performed or services already used are non-refundable.
A client may be eligible for a refund of unused prepaid Jobsite Consulting service fees that are attributable to future services that have not yet been performed, subject to this Policy, the applicable Service Agreement, the required cancellation notice, and any amounts already earned or committed.
Refunds are not provided merely because a client changes its mind, experiences results different from those anticipated, fails to use deliverables, fails to timely communicate with Jobsite Consulting, fails to follow recommended procedures, or encounters circumstances outside Jobsite Consulting's control.
2. RECURRING RETAINERS
Unless an applicable Service Agreement provides otherwise, recurring service retainers automatically renew until canceled.
A client must provide at least thirty (30) days' written notice to cancel recurring services.
Written cancellation notices must be sent to:
matthew@jobsiteconsulting.com
The cancellation becomes effective after satisfaction of the applicable 30-day notice period unless a controlling Service Agreement states otherwise.
The client remains responsible for fees applicable to services performed during the notice period.
3. UNUSED PREPAID SERVICE TIME
If a client has prepaid Jobsite Consulting for a future service period and services are canceled in compliance with the applicable cancellation requirements, the client may request a refund for the portion of prepaid Jobsite Consulting service fees attributable to services that:
have not been performed;
have not been earned;
are not within an applicable required cancellation-notice period; and
are otherwise refundable under the controlling Service Agreement.
In determining the unused portion, Jobsite Consulting may reasonably account for work performed, onboarding, preparation, setup, strategy, campaign creation, account work, appointment-setting work, allocated personnel time, contractual minimums, and other services already provided or committed.
4. SETUP FEES
Setup or onboarding fees compensate Jobsite Consulting for work associated with starting a client relationship or campaign.
Once setup, onboarding, research, strategy, account configuration, campaign preparation, technical work, or another activity covered by a setup fee has begun, the portion of the setup fee attributable to work already performed is earned and non-refundable.
If a setup fee was prepaid and no corresponding setup work has been performed, any refund eligibility will be determined according to the applicable Service Agreement and the unused prepaid-service standard in this Policy.
5. ADVERTISING SPEND IS NOT REFUNDABLE BY JOBSITE CONSULTING
Advertising spend paid to Google or another advertising platform is separate from Jobsite Consulting's service fees.
Jobsite Consulting does not refund advertising spend charged by Google or another third-party advertising platform.
Requests concerning advertising charges assessed directly by an advertising platform must be addressed with the applicable platform or payment provider.
Jobsite Consulting is not responsible for refunding money that Jobsite Consulting did not receive as a service fee.
6. THIRD-PARTY FEES
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the following amounts are not refundable by Jobsite Consulting to the extent they have been paid to or irrevocably incurred with a third party:
advertising spend;
payment-processing charges;
software charges;
platform fees;
banking fees;
domain or hosting fees;
communications charges; and
other third-party or pass-through expenses.
7. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES
Certain clients may receive a specific written guarantee, appointment target, service credit, or other performance commitment.
Any such guarantee or commitment exists only if expressly stated in the applicable Service Agreement.
The applicable Service Agreement will determine the eligibility conditions, required client conduct, measurement methodology, exclusions, cure rights, service credits, refunds, or other remedies associated with that guarantee.
Nothing in this general Refund and Cancellation Policy creates a particular appointment, lead, estimate, revenue, advertising, or performance guarantee.
Unless a Service Agreement expressly provides otherwise, failure to achieve a particular marketing result does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.
8. REFUND REQUESTS
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
matthew@jobsiteconsulting.com
A request should identify the client, relevant invoice or payment, amount disputed, service period involved, and basis for the requested refund.
Jobsite Consulting may review account records, work performed, campaign activity, communications, time allocations, invoices, payments, the applicable Service Agreement, third-party costs, and other relevant information when determining the refundable unused portion, if any.
9. REFUND METHOD
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned using the original payment method when commercially and technically practical.
If the original method is unavailable, Jobsite Consulting may use another reasonable payment method agreed with the client.
Processing times after issuance may depend on Stripe, banks, card networks, or other payment providers and are outside Jobsite Consulting's control.
10. CHARGEBACKS
By purchasing services from Jobsite Consulting, the client acknowledges this Refund and Cancellation Policy and agrees to first contact Jobsite Consulting regarding a billing or refund dispute before initiating a chargeback.
A client shall not initiate a chargeback for an authorized payment solely to circumvent the agreed cancellation period, recover amounts attributable to completed work, recover third-party advertising spend from Jobsite Consulting, or avoid contractual payment obligations.
Nothing in this section waives a right that applicable law does not permit the client to waive.
If a client initiates a chargeback, Jobsite Consulting reserves the right to provide the payment processor or financial institution with documentation relevant to the transaction and dispute, which may include the Service Agreement, this Policy, invoices, correspondence, campaign records, account records, payment authorization information, and evidence of services performed.
A chargeback does not independently terminate contractual payment obligations or establish that a refund was legally or contractually owed.
11. SUSPENSION FOR PAYMENT DISPUTES
To the extent permitted by the applicable Service Agreement and law, Jobsite Consulting may suspend ongoing services when an invoice is overdue, a payment is reversed, a chargeback is initiated, or a valid payment method is no longer available.
Jobsite Consulting is not responsible for campaign disruption, advertising interruption, appointment loss, or other consequences resulting from a suspension caused by the client's failure to satisfy payment obligations.
12. TERMINATION DOES NOT ERASE ACCRUED OBLIGATIONS
Cancellation or termination does not eliminate fees already earned, expenses already incurred, work already performed, advertising spend, third-party obligations, amounts applicable to a required cancellation-notice period, or other obligations accrued before the effective date of termination.
13. SERVICE AGREEMENT CONTROLS
Every client relationship may involve different scope, pricing, guarantees, service periods, and commercial terms.
Accordingly, if an applicable signed Service Agreement contains refund, cancellation, guarantee, payment, or termination provisions that differ from this Policy, the signed Service Agreement controls.
14. POLICY CHANGES
Jobsite Consulting may modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy prospectively.
An updated version will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date.
A modification to this website Policy does not retroactively alter refund rights established in an existing signed Service Agreement unless the agreement permits the change or the parties otherwise agree.
